Standard Support Request

To submit a standard support request, please follow the following procedures.

  • Compose an email to
  • In the Subject Line, please put a brief description of the issue.
  • In the Body field, please include as much detail as possible about the issue you are having.

A ticket will be generated from your email, from which you will receive confirmation.

Emergency Support Request

To submit an emergency support request, please follow the above procedures then the below procedures.

  • Locate the ticket confirmation email.
  • Respond with “EMERGENCY ESCALATION” in the Body field.

The ticket will be escalated, and our on-call technician will be paged. Please reserve escalating emergency tickets to severe issues that are critically impacting your business. Misuse of emergency tickets will result in additional charges.
